We play integral roles in site acquisition, development, permitting, construction, and management of projects throughout multiple states. In Florida, we have successfully overseen the development of several charter schools and millions of dollars in project spending. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Central Florida. As the Director of Business Development Quinn works to support acquisitions, management and growth of the company’s tuition-free educational facilities.

Gladiator Contracting Services, LLC was founded by Jeremy Calkins, President, in 2005. Jeremy holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the College of Engineering at Drexel University and a BGS, with a concentration in Public Administration, from the University of South Florida.
