Gladiator Contracting Services, LLC was founded by Jeremy Calkins, President, in 2005.  Jeremy holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the College of Engineering at Drexel University; and a BGS, with a concentration in Public Administration, from the University of South Florida.

Gladiator Contracting brings nearly 20 years of full cycle project management / maintenance / residential and commercial construction experience.  As a result, we boast a successful track record in building and cultivating relationships with notable organizations such as; Walmart, Brinks, TECO, The Pepsi Bottling Group, Wendy’s, Rooms To Go, Hughes Supply & many more.

We play integral roles in site acquisition, development, permitting, construction and management of projects throughout multiple states.  In FL, we have successfully overseen the development of several charter schools and millions of dollars in project spend.  We stay at the forefront of construction technology and efficiency; it’s why clients in the residential and commercial markets look to us to perform their jobs.
